I have a level 80 death knight and have about 1250 gold saved up and need 4000g since i have the rep discount. I dont want to buy a guide because thatd be just like buying gold and dont really need it. I dont mind doing dailys and dungeons but I dont get the mining and herbilasm thing people say. Please help me out because i just cant figure out how people do it.

Do mining, herbalism, or skinning and sell the mats. Or take up enchanting and sell the mats you get from disenchanting items. Not sure what you don’t get about it. Mine/herb/skin/disnechant and sell the mats. Couldn’t be easier. Or, get an add-on line Auctioneer and play the auction house. Prices for everything have gone through the roof on my server for everything.
Making gold is really very easy. I have over 45k gold and I’m nowhere near being the richest person out there. Probably not even in the top 100,000 people.

Go to AH, find what is price high and easy to get, such as cloth,leather,ores,etc…
You can also make gold by solving quests. Though this way you will also have more fun…
